It (sometimes) pays to have a fierce face....

Just came back home and I am immediately blogging already! First time doing this but I'm afraid that if I do not write what I have to say now, the "hotness" to do so will cool as time passes. :)

Okok... Just went to have a meal with moi gf at a certain pizza hut branch in Singapore (location is to be kept a secret). It was a peaceful quiet evening (ok lah, considering that I have a gazillion things to do, it's not really peaceful but anyway...) and I ordered a gold crust couple meal or something like that which consists of a speical pizza with a gold crust (duh), 2 soups, 2 pepsi and a bowl of keropok which my gf insist it's tortilla until it came. *snigger*

Anyway, I was sitting there quietly, minding my own business as usual.. until I became increasingly impatient and angry. You see, I am a person who have little patience and I hate to wait for things to happen (ok... unless I am in an army camp where time is aplenty). I contemplated looking for the manager but being a kind-hearted guy who hate to break someone's rice bowl, I tried to rein in my temper. The next pizza, I keep telling myself, the next pizza is mine.

*Deep breath* But it STILL did not come after 40mins!! Too bad about the manager's rice bowl, I went over to look for her (yes, it's a she) and asked what is going on in the nicest manner possible (honest!!) and she say she will check it out. From the corner of my eye, I knew that they have FORGOTTEN about my order... Ok lah, I was quite pissed then but it surprised me when the manager brought out 10 chicken drumlets for me and gf! Woohoo!! I was just expecting an apology and a jiffy delivery of my pizza... Hmmm... Is it because I have a fierce face or because they have too much chicken drumlets?

Anyway, I was tucking quite happily into my chicken when she came back with 2 new glass of pepsi and changed our drinks!! (My drink was empty and my gf's was half-empty) Ok, this act was definitely out of my expectation cause I thot the chicken was ok. *Ahem* A good lesson in marketing. Back to the story, the pizza came and there's no chilli or cheese. I asked the server nicely (honest!!) about the whereabouts of these condiments and to my surprise, she RAN to get them. Wow... It's either I am still looking fierce or she needed the excercise...

Ok, after consideration for the chicken and drinks, I feel obliged to say a few good words about them to repay part of their kindness. PIZZA HUT ROCKS!!! Ok, end of advertisement. *Buurrrrrrp*
