Last day
Would like to give a heartfelt thanks to all the people in my Run for being such wonderful friends and colleagues for the past 3 months. Though the word "colleague" will no longer apply (perhaps not for long for some of you all), I am sure the word "friends" will still apply, ya?
Had some wonderful "farewell' gifts as well: a big card, a certificate (?!?) and a cd-rom that contains pictures and a video. *sniff* Thanks everybody. Remember the joke we had the other time whereby the last person standing (as in who stays in the company) will pocket all the remaining money in the Run fund; I guess that will compensate for the lack of present then cause there will be no one left to pass him his gifts!
Well, just a thought.
So long pals, hang in there. I'm sure life won't be a bed of roses in the new place where I will be in and watch this space for complains and gripes to come.
