I hereby hypothesize that when guys (and maybe girls) wear army uniform; they become duller and less intelligent and began to move in a herd mentality. Perhaps that is the REAL reason for army uniform and stuff. The extent of inefficiency was so appalling and it seemed that the higher authority is completely oblivious to it. Perhaps the officers have an agreement among themselves not to shoot each other asses but it had done little favor among the troops. What to do? 1 more week of absolute nothingness and all will be done.

The coming week is a sure-deal in getting slimmer and the diet you want. So listen carefully for all those who want to have a healthy figure – army and jungle training is the way to go, forget about jean yip or marie france. It will be goodbye civilization and hello mosquitoes for me next week so do wish me plenty of luck. Berg, wished you were here but it’s ok; you will most probably screw up your ankle again. Heh…

Failed my IPPT. Compared to last year, sit-up still ok, chin-up deproved a bit, standing broad jump deproved a bit, shuttle run still ok but… 2.4km run is like shit. Damn, study too much and never exercise. Haiz… Lazy to train when at home leh, no one to run with = no motivation. Haha… Getting older liao. Zzzzzz..
